Currently Mahanaim Wellness Center only accept cash, credit or debit cards for office visit and supplements. Payments are due in full at the time of service and purchase. We currently do not take insurance cards or bill insurance in our office we will accept certain insurance plans soon. We can provide documentation for reimbursement, depending on your insurance plan. For your convenience, we will provide you with a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement at the time of service.

We may recommend certain natural medicines in your care plan. You have the option to purchase these supplements at our Thorne Affiliate link online or in the Office. Payment for supplements is always due at the time of service. Supplements are nonrefundable unless they are unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase
Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling any appointment Monday-Friday. For non-emergency late cancellations, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. For no-shows you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Unlike other medical offices who schedule 2 or 3 patients in the same time slot, Mahanaim Wellness Center, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We try our best to help you avoid cancellation fees by using an email reminder system and text messaging but please understand that remembering your appointment is your responsibility. We require credit card information in order to reserve your appointment.
